Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, I stumbled into the world of recruiting early in my career. Coming from a background where access to higher education felt limited, I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be part of an industry where success is measured by advocating for others. My focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, coupled with a passion for process improvement to enhance the candidate experience and ensure parity and career advancement, has been my guiding force.Currently, I am honored to be a part of Maxor, a National Pharmacy Services company with a narrative that resonates deeply with my own journey - one rooted in empathy.
