Emma Kate Tsai is a communications professional, writer, editor, and English teacher. She has edited and written for individual clients and businesses, as well as coached authors until they found their best prose and intended story by analyzing story arc, flow, language, syntax, grammar, chronology, characterization, tone, voice, and conciseness. Edited books include Andrea Kates\'\"Find Your Next,\" Steve Santagati\'s \"The Code of Honor,\" and Chris Cander\'s upcoming \"Whisper Hollow.\" Emma has edited memoir, business, non-fiction, fiction, and young adult. For businesses, she has written marketing collateral, blog posts, web content, and ad copy, and managed social media. Past clients include Business Genome, The Lancaster Hotel, and Myron Steves.Her career began at Plunkett Research, a business industry guide publisher where she researched and edited several publications that profiled particular industries, eventually marketing all publications on bookselling sites and via direct mail marketing campaigns.
