Selected as one of 16 members of the Shadow Board at Version 1, a programme designed to bring early-career perspectives into senior leadership decision-making.Alongside my role as a Learning and Development Consultant, I work closely with senior leaders as part of the Shadow Board to provide insights, feedback and ideas that help shape business strategy and people-focused initiatives. I contribute to organisation-wide projects, bringing a fresh perspective to leadership conversations and representing the views of early-career professionals across the organisation. This opportunity is strengthening my skills in stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and influencing, while giving me direct exposure to how decisions are made at a senior level within a growing organisation.
