I work well with private equity and VC-backed teams, turning design, data & AI into commercial results and investor-grade progress.My career spans global brands and public institutions, Coca-Cola, Arsenal FC, RBS, the Ministry of Justice, NHS and giffgaff, with one focus: making organisations more customer-centric through smart design and technology.I began as a young entrepreneur, building offshore development teams in Vietnam and running a startup web company at university. That drive took me to SopraSteria (€5.8B IT & consulting), where I built and led their first digital experience team, sat on the Digital Board and championed a customer-first culture across government and commercial clients.I later joined TVSquared, where I helped scale the biz to a $160M acquisition by Innovid and supported its integration into a $500M+ NYSE-listed adtech business, gaining hands-on experience across growth, transaction, and post-deal execution.In my role as Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Verity Relationship Intelligence TRR, I helped leading holding companies convert feedback into revenue. I led the CRC → VerityRI transformation and go-to-market, productised insights with advanced analytics, embedded AI, and built scalable, digital-first experiences that improved speed, consistency, and margin.I’m now Chief Growth Officer at Stellar Omada, Scotland’s fastest-growing technology services company.
