Management of the Marketing budget • Accountable for the delivery of local and global exhibitions • Develop a fully integrated marketing plan (that is integrated with and supports the sales plan) and create the capability to execute successfully through agencies, contractors and company staff • Develop the marketing strategy, which is fully integrated with the sales strategy, for new and existing products in conjunction with Business Development and Sales • Oversee implementation of the marketing strategy for new and existing products, including events, campaigns, digital marketing and PR • Work with Product Management to develop marketing materials (for example: presentations, literature, case studies and competitor comparisons) to enable the sales team and third party sales channels to meet their commercial objectives • Develop and manage social media presence and direct programmes to improve social media reputation and recognition • Develop and implement tools to track and measure return on marketing investment • Manage strategic marketing relationships • Creation of the following (but not excluding): Sales Campaigns, Customer Questionnaires I Surveys, Website management, VAR Portal, Newsletters (internal and external), Customer stories, end of life (EOL) messaging, Templates, Branding, Product Catalogues, E-Commerce website, new product introduction (NP/) support, • Activity to enhance the brand for the Group. • Further develop, in conjunction with IT, a world class web portal and partner portal, ensuring that adequate up-dating processes are implemented.
