My role involves working as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive shopping experience for all customers.Customer Service:Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and fitting room support in a friendly and professional manner. Respond to queries and help resolve any issues efficiently, ensuring customers feel supported throughout their visit.Product Knowledge and Sales:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Lingerie and Kids product ranges, including seasonal collections and promotions. Support sales by highlighting current offers and using M&S digital tools to locate items and check stock availability.Visual Merchandising and Store Standards:Help keep the department tidy and well-stocked by replenishing products, arranging displays, and ensuring fitting rooms and sales areas are organised. Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.Teamwork and Communication:Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve daily priorities and support overall store operations. Communicate clearly and adapt to changing tasks as required across different areas of the store.
