As a Managing Consultant in the FS Squad of the UKI Enterprise Strategy team, I spend my time leading teams advising on and delivering strategic technology transformations for my banking clients. I use my deep industry knowledge to inform strategic recommendations and solve complex organisational problems.My recent work has focused on the articulation of impact and quantification of business value through business casing and value orchestration to inform the prioritisation of roadmaps. Over the course of 2023 I have led a team experimenting with Generative AI applications, developed a Proof of concept and guided productionisation of new capabilities.
