I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Safe Harbor as a Development and Marketing Associate! In this role, I support a wide range of initiatives that advance the mission of Safe Harbor, including fund development, donor relations, and marketing efforts.Key responsibilities in my role include:Donor Relations and Stewardship: Managing donor recognition and acknowledgment processes, including overseeing our donor database and ensuring effective communication and reporting.Donor Research: Conducting in-depth research to identify prospective individual donors, foundations, and potential community and business partners.Special Events: Collaborating with volunteer leadership to plan and execute key events, from cultivation gatherings and site visits to large-scale fundraising events.Community Relations and Marketing: Enhancing Safe Harbor\'s visibility through strategic press relations, website content, social media engagement, community presentations, and printed materials.Volunteer Management: Recruiting and supporting volunteers to amplify the impact of Safe Harbor’s work, working closely with staff, community partners, and volunteers.I’m thrilled to contribute to an organization that makes such a meaningful impact in the community.
