Control Systems Software Engineer at UKAEA/RACE (Remote Applications in Challenging Environments). I have several years’ experience working on the development and maintenance of Remote Handling equipment for the Joint European Torus. In 2017, I was awarded a EUROfusion Engineering Grant focusing on radiation-tolerant sensors for DEMO remote maintenance systems. I lead RACE\'s work in the area of radiation tolerant systems and act as the PhD Co-ordinator for the 20+ projects which RACE co-sponsor with UK universities.
