ABOUT EMILIA AGUERRE
I\'m an E-commerce Site Merchandiser with a passion for blending data, storytelling, and customer behavior to create an emotional and frictionless experience on site. I love digging into performance data just as much as I enjoy building out a visually compelling page, and I\'m always looking for ways to improve conversion, increase AOV, and make the site feel more intuitive and engaging. I work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain back-end data integrity, test and implement new tools and features, bring campaigns to life, and continuously evolve the site experience. Lately, I\'ve been especially interested in personalization, AI-driven merchandising, and how e-commerce can enhance the shopping experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Consumer Behavior from USC—Fight on!Outside of work, I\'m interested in sustainability, yoga, and surfing/anything that gets me outside.
