ABOUT EMANUELE TEDESCO

Professional qualified as a Psychologist (January ’22): since then, I have embarked on an exciting professional journey in the field of Human Resources. I have a passion for interacting with people from diverse cultures and nations, and I maintain a strong growth mindset, dedicated to continuous learning. Currently, I work at Capgemini Invent. Here, I collaborate closely with business and Human Resources leaders to co-create innovative strategies, with a particular focus on People Strategy. Together, we design digital and sustainable organizations, implement new forms of leadership, support employees in transitioning to new work models, and contribute to the tangible social impact of organizations. My role involves reinventing the Human Resources sector, harnessing the power of data to enhance the employee experience while always keeping the human aspect at the core of corporate transformation. I work with leading companies, both Italian and global, establishing relationships with leadership teams, contributing to positively influence numerous individuals. I am a loyal and dynamic professional, committed to excellence and passionate about teamwork. I believe that personal and organizational success comes from valuing people, not just as resources, but as unique individuals.
