Responsible for providing technical expertise on the continuing design, implementation, and maintenance of the Voice Network Enterprise for WakeMed. These duties require a diverse background in supporting various services involving TDM and IP Voice, Wireless Phone Deployment and 3rd Party Integration, Voicemail, and Contact Center services. Assist, support, and lead in the designing, installing, and evaluating of any new Voice Enterprise. Research, testing, and recommending voice solutions. Providing cost/benefit analysis and recommendations to update the voice network, hardware, and related software configurations. This also requires experience with protocols H.323, SIP, and T1/PRI.
