ABOUT JACK DELLOSTRITTO

Served in the U.S. Army National Guard from June, 2012 until June 2018.\"Retired\" as an E5 Sergeant responsible for leading a team of soldiers in a multitude of training maintenance and recovery missions using Light Wheeled Vehicles including the HMMWV, FMTV, and HEMTT wreckers.Graduated from the Penn State New Kensington\'s Biomedical Engineering Technology program in the summer of 2017, Cum Laude, with a cumulative GPA of 3.68. I have always loved working with my hands (building/modifying Jeeps), taking electronics apart, and have always had an interest in the medical field in general, so this was a great choice for me.Before my time at Penn State, I attended the Community College of Allegheny County from 20••••12 completing general education courses before transferring to the University of Pittsburgh for Secondary Education in 2014.Worked at UPMC Children\'s Hospital of Pittsburgh as a Clinical Engineering Gen I (Biomedical Engineering Technician) for almost a year and a half before moving to Raleigh, NC to take a position WakeMed Health and Hospitals as a Biomedical Engineering Tech I in September 2018. Received CBET certification (candidate) in November of 2017, officially CBET Certified as of July 2019.
