Oversee the overall US GAAP financial reporting processes for 26 countries – including SEC (Securities & Exchange Commission) Reporting & IAIS (International Association of Insurance Supervisors) Reporting- Review US GAAP adjustment entries required for the completeness of monthly US GAAP financial statements- Review the playbook for any unusual capital transactions (f.ex. dividends, equity transfers, portfolio transfers, dissolution’s, liquidations etc.)- Review Balance Sheet Account reconciliation and certification for COE entries- Ensure all accounts in COE ownership are correct and supporting documentation abides by company policy- Review Balance Sheet Account reconciliation and certification- Manage the production a set of SEC regulatory disclosures in cooperation with the countries/sub-regions and under the guidance of the US SEC team- Monitor ICP (intercompany) reports throughout the close period to ensure all ICPs outages are being addressed- Assure completeness and correctness of documentation required for the financial close process on ongoing basis- The key person for the LDTI (Long Duration Targeted Improvements) implementation for the EMEA Region.
