Materials sit at the heart of great product. Decisions made at fibre level shape performance, longevity and impact long before a garment is worn.I lead end-to-end development across fabrics, yarns, trims and packaging, from concept through to bulk production. I have a strong focus on material innovation, responsible sourcing and strong partnerships with global mills and suppliers. My work spans the supply chain, collaborating with partners from Tier 1 manufacturers through to Tier 4 fibre producers to support traceability and responsible sourcing.My experience spans both large-scale retail and performance-led product, working across menswear, womenswear and childrenswear to support fibre innovation initiatives, including introducing next-generation fibres such as Circulose. I’ve also worked closely with design, buying, impact and technical teams to elevate fabric sourcing through premium European mills, while balancing this with core material consolidation across large product ranges to maintain commercial integrity.I thrive in future-thinking, ever-changing environments where sustainability, performance and design intersect.
