I work closely with our installation and sales teams to align campaigns with seasonal demand, inventory trends, and customer needs — ensuring consistent messaging and measurable results.Beyond marketing, I oversee our office team to ensure smooth and responsive communication with clients. From answering inquiries to scheduling next-day installations, I’ve helped implement systems that improve operational speed and customer satisfaction. Under my leadership, the office has become a high-functioning hub that supports both our service technicians and our growing customer base.
