As head of content, I am involved with overseeing the development and optimisation of the in-house design department with crossovers with the systems and purchasing teams to align strategies and priorities, including promotional material, website content, and navigation and e-commerce. I ensure that the business\'s narratives and goals for a wide range of brands are in support of our content, marketing strategies. In addition, I work alongside our Head of Social with planning and development of brand standards, and content style including content such as campaigns, social media, and e-commerce. Additionally I am involved in a range of departments to inspire the development of high-quality content created by the in-house designers, including videos, infographics, blogs, and more to ensure optimal delivery of content across multiple channels.
