I’m Ellie, the founder of Lim, a studio of problem solvers that specialise in visual thinking for some of the world’s leading brands. I work with leadership teams by supporting them visually to share their vision and communicate their strategy. I use visual tools to get the best out of a group and their thinking, and turn chaotic conversations into crystal clear action - so everyone leaves on the same page. Visual thinking. Graphic facilitation. Live drawing. I use visuals to solve problems and move things forward. I’m big on wellness, which is at the heart of Lim’s values. When I don’t have a pen in my hand, I’m a keen runner, triathlete, and qualified yoga teacher.
