ABOUT ELLIE BAER HARDING

I like hats, and wearing a lot of them. I have deep experience growing digital health organizations across the US, selling enterprise healthcare solutions to large, complex organizations. I currently serve as Head of Commercial for Ayble, focused on improving gut health outcomes for employers, health systems, TPAs, and their people. In this capacity I lead GTM strategy, enterprise employer sales, channel relations and strategy, and product marketing. I am the founder of Baer Healthcare Advisory, providing advisory work for venture funds and their portfolio companies on go-to-market strategies, with extensive knowledge of industry trends, growing organizations and measuring success at different stages of growth, and work part time for Necessary Ventures - finding best in class pre seed startups in the healthcare, education, financial, and climate tech spaces. I have an intuitive knack for startups, having founded two in my 20s - Lavelas, an online marketplace for handmade artisan goods from developing countries, and Bridge the Media, a Google Chrome extension that exposes readers to alternative political viewpoints in order to help people extend past their political echo chambers. I have worked at startups from seed to series E - and understand the challenges they face in gaining market traction. Through this, I\'ve developed a robust network of industry contacts, a strong understanding of the health tech landscape, and a clear thesis on investment and growth opportunities in the industry. I am a member of Mogul where I regularly speak about women in the workplace, and have spoken at conferences and universities across the world - including Stanford SENSA, INSEEC (Fr.), AllVP (Mx.), and NAB futures. In my free time, I run Femmevest, an investment group for women across the United States, am on the Advisory and Executive Board of the Salvation Army Silicon Valley, and angel invest in interesting early stage companies. I have strong skills in the intersection of digital health and entrepreneurship, a background that affords me a unique and strategic angle on blossoming companies in the space.
