Litigate complex employment discrimination, retaliation, and harassment cases before the EEOC, MSPB, and OFO. Independently manage all phases of the litigation process: formulate legal strategy, draft written discovery, create and execute plan for document production, draft dispositive motions, effectively defend the Agency at hearings and in the appeals process. Support the Department of Justice in litigating claims in federal courts: investigative charges, draft answers, and initial disclosures, respond to and produce discovery, and draft and revise pleadings. Provide legal advice and counsel to support key stakeholders throughout the Agency on disciplinary and management directed actions in addition to matters related to Title VII, the ADA, ethics and FOIA.
