As VP of Marketing, I lead WISE’s cross-platform marketing strategy—working to amplify our mission of empowering underrepresented genders through entrepreneurship, innovation, and inclusive leadership. I oversee content development, campaign planning, newsletter strategy, and LinkedIn communications, while collaborating closely with the VP of Design and Social Media Coordinator to ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice across platforms.Key responsibilities- Plan and execute creative, values-aligned marketing campaigns for WISE initiatives and events- Review, test, and support weekly newsletters and event communications- Manage Luma pages, Linktree, and ensure timely, accurate event visibility- Track and present monthly marketing analytics to inform strategy- Lead weekly 1:1s with the Social Media Coordinator to align on the content calendar and event coverage- Collaborate across E-Board to promote community programs in a thoughtful, mission-driven way
