ABOUT ELLA BEER

As a rising senior at Indiana University\'s Kelley School of Business, I\'m majoring in Marketing with co-majors in International Business and Law, Ethics, and Decision-Making. As a Dean\'s Scholar and Founders Scholar, I\'ve demonstrated my commitment to academics and strong work ethic. I\'m also part of the Hutton Honors College, where I engage with a diverse community of motivated individuals. With a diverse range of experiences, from teaching business statistics to creating media campaigns, I\'ve developed a blend of analytical and creative skills. My international experience as a marketing intern at ITZI Consulting in Milan, Italy, honed my skills in digital marketing. As Recruitment Data Assistant for Kappa Alpha Theta, I utilize technology, thoroughness, and attention to detail to drive recruitment efforts. At CAA, I apply collaboration, diligence, and receptiveness as a Music Marketing Intern, working effectively with teams to achieve marketing goals. As Vice President of the Business World of Hollywood Club, I\'ve developed strong leadership and organizational skills, overseeing club operations and collaborating with the Executive Board to create engaging events. I\'ve also had the opportunity to showcase my skills in competitive environments, winning case competitions that challenged me to think creatively and strategically. Notably, I was part of the winning team in the Technology and Business Analysis (K303) Deloitte Case Competition, where we applied Excel Monte Carlo simulations and created dashboards to decrease a coffee shop\'s waste. Additionally, I won the L\'Oréal Case Competition, where I executed problem-solving skills while pitching an idea and debating with other teams to share a recruitment strategy that would promote diversity at L\'Oréal.
