As a Marketing Assistant, I support the Campaign Lead across various projects and events. My role involves assisting with campaign planning and execution, attending photoshoots, contributing creative ideas, managing team administration, and working closely with other departments to keep everything running smoothly.Before this, I worked as a Social Media Executive at American Golf for almost two years, managing customer interactions across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Trust Pilot, and Zowie Live Chat. Using Sprout Social, I handled customer queries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a high standard of service. I also collaborated with the Brand Marketing Manager, liaising with major brands and sharing updates on new products and launches across the business.Earlier in my career, I built a strong foundation in customer service as a Customer Service Advisor at American Golf and as a Shift Manager at McDonald’s for over three years. Across all my roles, I’ve developed skills in online support, resolving customer issues, and engaging audiences on social media. I’m committed to delivering professional, empathetic service and contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.I completed an Excel course previously and remain keen to keep learning new tools and skills to support my team and grow in my career.
