I develop HR dashboards, produce executive reporting for the Board and People Leadership Team, and lead business-critical data projects, including global organisational restructuring work.I work across the full analytics lifecycle: building data sources, defining KPIs, ensuring data quality and governance, and creating automated reporting across HR.
