Organize and facilitate in-person and virtual events with international business, education, and political leaders in Minnesota and Germany • Prepare original communications, like newsletters, brochures, presentations, and graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Wix, Excel, and Word • Support in maintaining and updating website content and visuals to enhance clarity, accessibility, and brand consistency• Maintain regular communication with partners, businesses, and University staff and students through phone and email• Moderate international Zoom meetings with 50+ participants presenting slide decks, screen-sharing documents, greeting attendees, creating breakout rooms, and answering questions to ensure smooth communication and engagement • Advocate for students to get involved in the Climate Smart energy transition by speaking to lectures of 100 + students and administering the study abroad program “Germany: Leading the Renewables Revolution”
