Responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan, sound fiscal management, and supervision of all staff. Lead a team that establishes and operationalizes policies and procedures, drives toward excellent customer service standards, enforcement of regulations, and sustainable operations. Foster strong and collaborative relationships with campus partners including Admissions, Facilities Management, Housing and Residence Life, Information Technology Systems and Services, Intercollegiate Athletics, Police, U Card, and other UMD departments. Develops and sustains successful relationships with non-University partners to direct the development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of facilities, services, and programs in support of the TPS department mission and vision. Manage a budget of over $4.5 million with annual revenues of over $2 million and a capital fund of approximately $2.5 million. Supervise a high-performing team of 7 P&A, civil service, AFSCME, and Teamster employees in addition to 10+ student workers.
