Functional lead responsible for developing analytical methods for potency assessment of Tr1x\'s novel cell therapy products. Lynchpin in internal and external collaborations required for successfully transferring methods from R&D to CMC, and then from CMC to Tr1x\'s CDMO partner.Responsibilities include: • Development of robust, phase-appropriate methods for assessing product potency.• Leading tech transfer of analytical methods to our CDMO partner. • Authoring technical documentation (non-GXP SOPs, data packages, assay development reports).• Collaborating with internal and external AD / QC groups to amend SOPs into a GxP appropriate format, design plans for assay validation and qualification studies.• Conducting on-site training for CDMO analysts to develop their expertise on method execution.
