ABOUT ELIZABETH SCHNUR

Hello, and welcome to my profile! My name is Elizabeth Schnur, and I am a Psychology major at Ramapo College with a minor in Crime and Justice Studies. Currently, I am a Summer 2025 Intern at the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, as well as an Alumni of the America Needs You Fellows Program. I am passionate about advocacy, mental health, social justice/social change, human rights with a concentration on women’s rights and empowerment and children’s rights, research and writing. My liberal arts education, along with my background and certifications have provided me with a vast view of society and various social issues therein. Moreover, my prior experience as Chair of North Jersey UNA Women at the United Nations Association of Northern New Jersey, as well as experience in various mentorship and career development organizations including America Needs You, Tom Ford Beauty x UNA-USA Mentorship Program, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, Pathway Scholars, CollegeLEADS, and I AIM Community have all shaped me both professionally and personally.
