ABOUT PATRICK M.
Growing up I knew I wanted to make a positive change in other people\'s lives. When I went to college and majored in political science, I realized my innate interest in law and how it could be a vehicle for my ambition to contribute positively to other people\'s lives. During college, I explored various areas of law by interning for a family law office and various pro bono organizations specializing in consumer debt, foreclosure, bankruptcy, record expungement, housing, divorce, separation, custody, child support, wills, powers of attorney, and advanced medical directives. Following my time in college, I decided to serve my community through AmeriCorps. I served others by mentoring youth in the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services and supported the advancement of free mediation services in the state of Maryland. I\'m very excited to begin this journey, learning new skills and expertise I need to build an impactful and meaningful legal career!
