I lead Boston Scores’ comprehensive fundraising and communications strategy to sustain and expand our mission: empowering youth through soccer and enrichment programs that foster wellness, academic engagement, and civic leadership.In partnership with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and dedicated staff, I oversee all aspects of development, from major gifts and institutional giving to events, annual campaigns, and brand communications. My work centers on building meaningful, equity-driven partnerships that advance opportunities for Boston youth on and off the field.Key focus areas include- Driving multi-channel fundraising strategy to support organizational growth- Expanding philanthropic partnerships with individuals, foundations, and corporations- Strengthening board and staff engagement in fundraising and donor storytelling- Elevating Boston Scores\' visibility locally and nationally, including through our upcoming participation in Festival 26 and the 2026 World Cup- Leading a high-performing Development & Communications team with a commitment to collaboration, community, and equity. Boston Scores is part of the national America Scores network and a recognized leader in sports-based youth development. I’m honored to help shape its next chapter.
