Driving organizational transformation through entrepreneurial leadership, employee innovation, and intrapreneurship, I advance HR strategy as both a practitioner and researcher. Starting my career in one of Southeast Europe’s largest corporations, I progressed through two rapid promotions to lead as Senior HR, where I delivered major projects- Spearheaded SAP implementation and system training for 300+ employees- Initiated and embedded employee innovative work behavior programs- Orchestrated employee surveys, team retreats, and onboarding for over 100+ hiresI am passionate about converting research into practice: my work on intrapreneurship and innovative management is published in the European Journal of Innovation Management and featured at major conferences (Academy of Management, European Academy of Management). As a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Academic Mentor at Babson College, I empower future leaders by bridging academic research with experiential teaching.As Founder of Babson’s Intrapreneurship Initiative and Chief of Academic Affairs (Graduate Student Council), I foster entrepreneurial leadership and empower next-generation business solutions.My purpose is to consult and develop organizations through bottom-up employee initiatives, driving measurable innovation and cultural change.
