Among my accomplishments, I have: Implemented best-in-class immigration policies to attract and retain a pipeline of top-tier international talent. Provided extensive guidance to enable the firm to effectively cope with both Brexit immigration regulations as well as Covid-19. Anticipated post-pandemic risks related to air travel and coordinated private travel arrangements to enable executives to travel safely. Facilitated a number of major corporate acquisitions by effectively integrating organizational cultures. Worked on multiple pro bono initiatives, including: DACA, DREAM Act, and asylum cases.
