I am responsible for legal matters in connection with the negotiation of material supplier contracts and management of legal risks related thereto in the North America region with support to the UK, EMEA and APAC regions as well. I provide subject matter expertise in a broad range of commercial transactions including privacy and data protection with a primary focus on procurement and commercial contracts including outsourcing (BPO/ITO), master service agreements, statements of work, master software licensing, and software as a service agreements, IT, and technology related matters necessary for Aon’s operations. As needed, I also handle matters related to real estate leases, intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions.
