I\'m fascinated by people and why they do all the weird and wonderful stuff they do. With design teams, I coach and collaborate to create and test human-centered products, services, and experiences. For startups, I teach teams to conduct customer research and use the resulting data to develop value propositions, marketing messages, and sales strategies. I\'ve coached a wide variety of entrepreneurs toward product/market fit as a consultant for the Techstars Accelerator in Berlin and currently advise Fortune 500 clients on customer closeness and new concepts, products, and ventures. Originally from the United States, I\'ve lived in Asia, South America, and Europe and worked on projects ranging from developing products for Michelin starred restaurant managers to selling composting toilets outside Lima, Peru.
