I’m passionate about helping organizations grow, perform, and succeed. Over the years, I’ve discovered that I’m at my best when I’m connecting with people, streamlining operations, and translating vision into actionable results. Whether it’s collaborating with management on new growth strategies, analyzing best practices, or building strong relationships at industry events, I enjoy creating impact that directly improves the bottom line.Today, I serve as Associate Director on the Board of Directors for United Contractors, Finance Chair for the Women in Heavy Civil Committee of The Beavers, and as a member of the Los Angeles District Board for AGC of California. These roles keep me plugged into the latest industry developments while allowing me to contribute to the future of heavy civil construction.My career has been split between 11 years working for heavy civil construction companies and the past 11 years supporting contractors as a vendor. This dual perspective gives me a unique advantage: I understand the daily challenges contractors face and how to solve them with practical, results-driven solutions.I thrive in leadership roles where I can develop and execute strategic plans, drive profitability, and foster collaboration.At the heart of it, my cross-disciplinary background and strategic judgment have consistently delivered results for the companies I’ve supported—and fuel my drive to continue making a difference in our industry.
