ABOUT ELIZABETH MULLIGAN T.

I am an experienced communications and strategy consultant and researcher with over a decade of experience in multiple sectors spanning the public, private and third sectors. A health specialist (with a midwifery background), I have extensive experience of clinical research and have managed a broad portfolio of trials from planning to archiving. I now use this experience to offer clients a frontline healthcare perspective in policy development.I am confident and experienced in project feasibility, planning, risk assessments and method statements. I write standard operating procedures for both clinical and research events. I am a regular lecturer at undergraduate level and also teach practical clinical skills at university level. I have training and qualifications in leadership, project management, change management as well asstandard midwifery competencies such as suturing, cannulation and ultrasound scanning.Although now a strategy and communications consultant, I maintain my clinical registration and I teach antenatal classes on a private basis, both in groups & 1-2-1. I am a specialist advisor in maternity care for the CQC & a covid-19 vaccinator. I lecture on various midwifery topics at undergraduate level & have a decade of experience as a UKOSS reporter.
