Primary Projects: New Haven - Hartford - Springfield Rail Program (NHHS) Phase 3B (West Hartford, Windsor Locks, Enfield) & Phase 4 (Windsor Locks Station, Enfield Station, North Haven Station)*OpenRoads Designer utilized via CTDOT\'s Compass site.*Responsible for the design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans for track side drainage and design of grade crossings to Amtrak Standards, including design of a quad gate system.*As task lead, I mentored 3 junior engineers and an intern as a task lead Widening of SR 515| SR 2 | US 76 from Blairsville to Young Harris (Georgia DOT)*Assisted the HNTB Atlanta office to bring the Staging subset for the 8.7 mile widening project from 90% to 100% as the sole designer.*Spring 2023 began a repackaging effort to split the project into 3 phases for separate bidding/construction. Project Quality Manager (PQM) PQM for Stamford Electric Bus Garage – CTDOT Facilities Responsible for ensuring the Quality Plan is followed by all design team members, including subconsultants. Coordinated with the project manager to create and maintain a Client Delivery Quality Matrix with scheduled reviews.
