MBA Candidate focusing on a concentration in brand management and marketing with a demonstrated history of working in technical roles in the cosmetics industry. Prior to pursuing my MBA, I worked in process engineering and packaging for The Estee Lauder Companies. I successfully managed more than 15 top projects for the company in both the makeup category and the skincare category working cross-functionally and globally with R&D, Marketing, Product Development, Packaging, and Manufacturing. In addition to my daily responsibilities, I was a founding member of the R&D Inclusion and Diversity Council and sat on two branded advisory boards. On these boards, I analyzed current marketing strategies and innovations for the Clinique and Bobbi Brown boards, providing feedback for the Marketing teams. I am eager to learn more about about the marketing side of consumer products and look forward to an internship in the field.
