In this role, I am responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion for Photons Energy Limited by identifying opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and cultivating relationships. My duties and responsibilities include:• Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections• Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels• Research on the company\'s plan to expand the business to other regions and neighboring countries• Help the company to build a company operation strategy that will foster teamwork and effectiveness.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector, focusing on C&l clients identifying power generation - mainly solar / battery - sites on the one hand and off-takers on the other hand.• Support the company’s sales and media team to develop sales and marketing strategies• Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships• Preparing financial projections and sales targets• Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences• Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings• Producing reports for management monthly• Prepare in-house training and recommend other training to the sales team• Manage and ensure smooth operations of the Dar es Salaam office.• Conduct financial analysis and modeling for renewable energy projects, including financial feasibility assessments, ROI calculations, and cash flow projections. • Collaborate with the finance team to secure project financing and optimize financial outcomes.• Oversee the end-to-end execution of renewable energy projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and achievement of key milestones. • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success till the start of construction.• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
