Increased Membership by 8 New Members in 2024- Increased Membership by 36 New Members in 2023 with an Active Waitlist- Increased Membership by 44 New Members in 2022- Increased Membership by 41 New Members in 2021- Increased Membership by 19 New Members in 2020- Develop and implement programs, projects and activities designed to increase and retain membership in the club- Ensure that established procedures for processing prospective members’ applications are consistently followed- Conduct tours for prospective members and orientation sessions for new members- Assess the need for and make recommendations regarding membership classifications to help ensure that the needs of ever-changing markets are met- Personally, meet each club member and instill confidence that the club is operated in the best interests of the membership- Serve on applicable club committees to assure members’ interests are consistently addressed- Report approved new members to the Controller to initiate proper administration of their memberships; by ensuring that applications are completely and properly filled out, that initiation fees are collected and that new members understand the privileges and costs of becoming a member- Provide agenda and maintain minutes of the club’s membership committee- Demonstrate a high level of visibility to ensure member, guest, and daily satisfaction, always projecting a professional appearance and demeanor- Assist in developing and maintaining the atmosphere of a private club that distinguishes IGC from all similar competition in a positive manner- Stay engaged with members to effectively respond to comments in accordance with club standards, policies, and rules- Use ideas, feedback and suggestions to continuously evaluate and improve the member experience- Work with the Food and Beverage Department as needed to coordinate special member events.
