As a Personal Assistant to the Assistant Director of Neighbourhoods and Housing at Hull City Council, I provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the senior management team. With a solid foundation in business administration, earned through qualifications at Hull Training, I possess strong skills in external communications, office administration, and service support.In my previous roles as a Service Support Team Leader and a Business Support Officer in the Legal Services department of the council, I managed a team of staff, oversaw budget and performance management, and liaised with various levels of authority. My contributions facilitated the delivery of efficient and effective legal services to the council and its partners, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.I am driven by the opportunity to positively impact the community and highly value collaboration, diversity, and innovation.
