I am lead officer for Exports and Approved Premises within my role at Hull City Council. My main interests are Food Safety, Approved Premises, large manufacturing sites and Food Exportation/Importation. Alongside my role I am a CIEH Student Mentor, Career Ambassador and Guest Lecturer at Leeds Beckett University. I’m also an artist for my own creative business Klàra Kustoms Yorkshire.
