The Client Services Coordinator is part of the global Medical Device Operations team, coordinating the delivery of medical device CE Marking and other certification services to BSI clients worldwide •Administrative ability, attention to detail, and a customer service mindset are key attributes for this role •Processing applications in SAP software system •Drafting and issuing certificates •Suspending/cancelling certificates •Audit scheduling •Invoicing •Generating work orders/references •Managing and processing internal workflows •Assisting technical teams with tasks related to achieving and maintaining certification •Supporting the Operations team in process improvement projects •Supporting the Finance team in data verification and resolving client queries •Actioning reports issued by the Operations and Finance teams •Supporting the Technology Team leader in the smooth running of the team\'s affairs and support other teams\' client service coordinators as required
