Overseeing 4 programs around Partners at different level of maturity for Amazon DSP, Sizmek Ad Server (SAS) and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) from an operational perspective. Planning, directing and co-ordinating activities to manage and implement a programme from initiation to final transition into operational, business-as-usual management. • Leading initiatives that improve data quality and decision making of our programs. • Focus on projects that utilize Salesforce as single source of truth for input from internal and external teams to get more consolidated data points to measure program and partner performance. • Coordinating programs’ weekly and monthly business reviews and creating necessary data analysis to support our programs. • Responsible for ongoing communication of our key initiatives and results to internal stakeholder.
