As Partner Account Manager- I am responsible for a set of Advanced and Premier Partners across Italy and the Middle East,driving consistent YoY partner growth and ensuring strong alignment with country-level strategies, regional growth initiatives and revenue targets- Taking an active role in identifying, selecting, and supporting partners embracing Artificial Intelligence (AI), helping them to adopt Openshift AI and align AI-driven use cases with customer and business needs- Defining and executing Partner business plans in close collaboration with Partner Technical Managers (PTMs), regional field sales teams and marketing stakeholders, including the execution of EMEA levels initiatives and campaigns- Driving alliance activities across the full partner lifecycle, including joint solution positioning, marketing initiatives, partner enablement, training, certification, and sales engagement- Developing and leading initiatives focused on pipeline creation, to onboard new customers and supporting partners in upsell and cross-sell on existing customers, increasing deal value and long-term customer growth. Some activities also led in collaboration with Distribution- Maintaining strong alignment with Regional Channel teams, ensuring consistent execution and governance across territories and Marketing Teams to allocate funds and Mdf- Leding and executing regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners to review performance, pipeline health, and strategic priorities- Maintaining a strong field presence by travelling across Italy and the Middle East, visiting partners and participating in local partner and customer events to strengthen relationships and drive go-to-market execution.
