In my current role as Legal Director working within the Fraud team at Global law firm Clyde & Co, I am responsible for the day-to-day management of various insurer client accounts and the managing of the team based in the Manchester office. I have a varied caseload for a number of household named insurers which have been successfully defended to trial. I also regularly advise insurers on the pre-litigation strategy on cases.

ABOUT ELINOR WILLIS
I am a specialist fraud lawyer advising on fraud strategy in all types of civil cases, including motor, employers\' and public liability. Having qualified in 2004, I specialise in defending fraudulent insurance claims arising from motor and employers’ liability claims. In particular I deal with staged/contrived accidents, bogus passengers claims, fraud rings and low velocity impact cases which are litigated on both the fast and multi track. As well as being involved with industry groups I provide both in house and external training on fraud matters.
