Leading the end-to-end bid development process for Genesis Procurement Services including design of winning technical methodologies and work plans.• Programme Manager for the Swedish funded GLOBAL CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME ON SUSTAINABLE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT (SPP)(since 2021). Leading a team of 17 technical experts to plan, implement and monitor a multi-country programme to support increased use of SPP practices. Supervised a needs assessment phase for 12 countries to design 18 month capacity development programmes. Developed 8 training modules used to deliver training to 712 participants in 3 languages, with 80%+ positive feedback. To date, the programme has supported 33 government partners in 9 countries to develop SPP policies, action plans, legal frameworks, guidelines, curricula, training materials, standard documents or specifications.
