1/ Product Development CoordinationMonitor the development of collections in collaboration with stylists, pattern makers, and the client.Participate in collection meetings and compile all necessary information for the creation of prototypes.Manage product sheets and ensure the update of commercial information.Lead negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best purchasing conditions (price, lead time, MOQ, etc.).2/ Production Follow-Up – Collection ManagementPlan and monitor all stages of production: launches, quality control, and deliveries.Receive, prepare, and submit samples of fabrics, trims, garments, etc.Check product conformity according to client standards and quality expectations.Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and workshops (in France and internationally).Coordinate with the technical and CSR teams to assemble complete production dossiers (including compliance and traceability).Track supplier performance indicators such as OTD (On-Time Delivery) and OTQ (On-Time Quality).Manage production issues and negotiate any disputes or claims with suppliers.Calculate final product cost or actual production cost at the end of each cycle.3/ Administrative Management & ReportingCreate product bills of materials (BOM) in the ERP system.Place orders for materials and trims, and schedule their deliveries.Manage documentation: issue purchase orders, handle goods reception, and process supplier invoices.Ensure smooth communication and data flow between departments (design, purchasing, logistics, retail).Work closely with logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries.Monitor end-of-season inventories held by manufacturers and subcontractors.
