ABOUT ELEANOR MACKAY
My key strengths lie in project management, programme and skills development, relationship management and marketing. My expertise covers a wide range of areas within entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as over a decade experience of working within higher education, focused on developing skills of students, entrepreneurs and leaders of SMEs and larger organisations. I am a loyal, friendly, organised and confident person who enjoys working collaboratively and being creative. Most recently, my work as senior programme manager for the University of Strathclyde business school saw me lead the development and management of executive education SME growth programmes, including the the collaborative programme with UK government \'Help to Grow Management\', and the Scottish Impact Investor Readiness Programme in partnership with Scottish National Investment Bank. In this role, I regularly liaise with varying stakeholders including alumni entrepreneurs, industry CEOs and Directors, and individuals from across the UK entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem, as well as academics and industry experts who are keen to support leaders of ambitious, growth-oriented businesses. I am passionate about developing cohesive, effective and practical learning programmes where individuals can thrive and grow.
