As Bees Technical Project Manager, my goal is to oversee all roadmap deliveries making sure all teams are aligned and have all requirements in place to work on the features development without gaps and on time.​Main responsibilities:Manage communication and act as single-point-of-contact for project delivery teams within Partner value stream such as Product, User Experience, DATA and Technical (front end development, back end development, architecture)​Lead and direct Delivery Team; performing ad hoc analyses and tasks as assigned; removing blockers and facilitating information flow ​Once working on a complex delivery that requires development from other BEES teams, I lead the interaction and oversee the whole process guaranteeing scope and dates meet​Manage issues by setting expectations and exceeding those expectations to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction​Effectively communicate issues to the engineers within the support team, and resolutions/work-around to the Stakeholders​Streamlining the processes without adversely impacting the client experience (Wastes, continuous improvement of the process)​Indirectly mentoring all teams towards delivery matters​
